CE: What Do Mortgage Lender's Do?

Description
Upon completion of this course, the student will understand the role of the mortgage lender, how to analyze a credit score, and be able to distinguish the difference between Conventional, FHA, VA and Rural Development financing. In addition, the class will cover topics including the top questions agents ask lenders in regards to underwriters, timing, predatory lending, etc.
Pricing
Registration is required. This course is being offered to Bayou Board members for free and to non-members for $20. There is a $50 no-show fee if you do not cancel registration on or before August 14, 2026.
