Description
An in-person course offered through Woody Falgoust, A Law Corporation, that helps agents understand the importance and history of the federal Fair Housing Act and be able to identify protected classes under the law. This course provides agents with the tools to learn about the Fair Housing exemptions and how HUD enforces the regulations and explore previous Fair Housing violations and practical methods to avoid future violations
Pricing
Registration is required. This course is being offered to Bayou Board members free of charge however, there is a $50 no-show fee if you do not cancel registration on or before October 13, 2025.
Lunch will be provided.
