Description
An in-person course offered through Woody Falgoust, A Law Corporation, that examines the industry changes stemming from the National Association of REALTORS® legal settlement and how they impact real estate practice in Louisiana. This course emphasizes the requirement for a signed broker representation agreement before showing properties, discusses agent duties and what's allowed in ministerial acts, and highlights key buyer-side concerns and fulfills LREC's mandatory CE requirement for 2025.
Pricing
Registration is required. This course is being offered to Bayou Board members free of charge however, there is a $50 no-show fee if you do not cancel registration on or before August 22, 2024.
