You’ll learn how to make the most of your REALTOR® membership through the Bayou Board\, the Louisiana REALTORS®\, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Topics include: Understanding the three-way agreement: NAR®\, LR® + BBR® REALTOR® ethics\, professional standards\, and MLS compliance\; Navigating the ROAM MLS system and Supra lockbox tools\; Overview of LREC requirements\; Member benefits\, advocacy\, and professional development opportunities\; How to stay informed and engaged in your Association. Attendance is required for all new REALTOR® members within 30 days of joining. Completion fulfills your NAR and Bayou Board membership requirement. Time: 2 hours. Location: Bayou Board of REALTORS® Office. Address: 4863 W Park Ave.\, Houma\, LA 70364. Fee: Complimentary for new members. Notes: Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
