Instructions

As a Appraiser member of the Bayou Board you are required to select the following options when applying for membership:

eKey Basic (Optional)

**Please note Appraiser and MLS are required to select but the eKey Basic is optional.

BOARD ORIENTATION: All new members are REQUIRED to complete the online BBR New Member Orientation WITHIN 30 DAYS from application date with the Bayou Board of REALTORS®. This requirement is waived for secondaries with proof of a board orientation certificate from the primary board within the last 5 years. If the new member orientation is not completed within the specified time, a reinstatement fee will be assessed, and services will be suspended until the course is completed.

FIRST POINT OF ACCESS: All new members are REQUIRED to complete first point of access to the digital services provided by the Bayou Board of REALTORS will be completed at the Bayou Board of REALTORS office.

MLS ORIENTATION: Paragon Academy is REQUIRED to satisfy the MLS New Member Orientation and must be completed WITHIN 30 DAYS from application date with the final certificate being emailed to mlsspecialist@bayourealtor.com.

REFUND/NON-TRANSFERABLE POLICY: All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable

NSF POLICY: All checks returned to the Bayou Board of REALTORS® for insufficient funds will incur a $50.00 fee to the issuer. Once a member has submitted an NSF Check to the Board they will be required to pay for any and all fees by Cash, Money Order, and/or Certified Funds Only. The Board may recoup any and all additional charge(s) above and beyond the $50.00 NSF Charge (i.e. bank service charge, etc.).

If more than one NSF Check is received, by the same member, in one calendar year, the member will be placed on a cash basis until further notice.
